Registration is now open. All delegates and attendees must pay a registration fee which covers morning and afternoon teas and lunches on both days. We thank the American University of Rome and the American Academy in Rome for their generous sponsorship which has allowed us to keep costs to a minimum to cover food/drink/security and cleaning. For optional items (formal dinner, excursions), delegates will be asked only to nominate which they wish to attend, then at arrival, when you pick up your information pack, payment will be due in Euros in cash. There will not be a credit card facility available. Apologies for any inconvenience, but the volatility of the £/Euro exchange rate has made this necessary.

The Cambridge online store is fixed to receive income in £STG. However, delegates in countries with Supported Currencies* will be presented with a screen during payment which offers DCC (Dynamic Currency Conversion) (while UK registration provides a fixed sterling rate). Non UK delegates can opt to pay using FEXCO’s best guaranteed exchange rate on the day in their local currency. This exchange rate will be offered on screen at the time, and this will appear on your bank statement when the transaction comes through. Alternatively, non UK delegates can choose to pay in £STG. The exchange rate will then be set by your card issuing bank at whichever rate they are offering on the date of the transaction and this will also be shown on your statement.
